Mission Statement of the Charitable Foundation "PROTEK":

“Charitable Foundation "PROTEK" is called upon to implement a wide range of social and charitable programmes of the Largest Domestic Pharmaceutical Holding, the most essential and popular in modern Russian society, programmes that contribute to strengthen mental and physical health of the nation, promote development of civic initiatives and aid to preserve the cultural and historical heritage of the country".

The Charitable Foundation "PROTEK" was established in 1997, the activities of Foundation have been linked to direct business of the Group and, above all, was to render assistance to the public with medicines.

One of the main objectives of the Foundation "PROTEK" today is to create an atmosphere of high social responsibility of business to society. In this regard, the priority will be assigned to long-term socially significant philanthropic programs.

Charitable Foundation "PROTEK" carries out its activities in the following areas:

• Projects in the field of medical aid to the people in greatest need of social protection (implementation of the programmes “HEALTH – FOR PEOPLE" and "On the path of Charity");
• Support to scientific research and education, vital experiments, promoting the introduction of new technologies in health care (support for the International competition of scientific works on fundamental oncology RCRC named after NN Blokhin).
